Behind the rhinestones and ruffles, the unique cast of characters who work at Joann's includes its flamboyant store manager Jared, brash assistant manager Nikki, naive salesgirl Brooke, melodramatic seamstress Stephanie and the store's original owner Joann, Paige's outspoken mother.
